Students must be at least 16 years of age to participate in most courses and must have a signed waiver by a parent or legal guardian prior to the start of the class.

For students ages 13 – 15 years old, please contact us at 585-349-7110 to discuss class opportunities.

Most courses are not appropriate for students ages 12 years old and younger.

Glass Fusing Sampler

EVERYTHING NEEDED FOR CLASS IS INCLUDED IN PRICE

Explore the world of glass fusing in this introductory, project-based class at the Rochester Arc + Flame Center. Using your own creativity, you have the freedom to make your own designs within each project! You will learn how to cut & arrange flat glass compositions using colorful sheet glass, stringers, frit & powders. When you're done designing, we will fire your project in a kiln to complete your masterpiece.

All safety equipment and materials are included in the course price. Great for beginners and experienced artists!

NOTE: Because glass pieces must anneal to avoid damage, projects will be ready for pickup 1-2 weeks after the class.
