Refund policy
Class Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Arc + Flame is physically located at 125 Fedex Way, Rochester, NEW YORK 14624.
Please note, it is your responsibility as a customer/student to record the date and time of the class you purchase. Arc + Flame Center will not be responsible if the student does not show up to the class you purchased. If a student needs to cancel a class, please note that all cash refunds will be subjected to a $20 processing fee. Cash refunds are only available with at least 14 days notice from class date.
Class Credit and Refund Options:
- At least 14 days notice= Option of cash refund (with a $20 processing fee) or class credit
- Between 13 days and 48 hours notice= Class credit
- Less than 48 hours notice= No refund and no class credit
If Arc + Flame Center cancels a class, the student will have the option of receiving class credit or a cash refund. There will not be a processing fee for cash refunds if Arc + Flame Center cancels the class for any reason (ie: weather related, low enrollment, facility related).

Student Age Agreement:
Students must be AT LEAST 16-years of age to attend class unless otherwise noted (ie: Fusing Tike, Teen and Creative Kids Classes) OR approval from Department Director.
Student Health Agreement:
Our programs are designed to be as inclusive as possible.
