Attire Policy Attire Policy

Students are required to wear boots or sneakers that cover their whole foot, jeans or long pants that cover your whole leg & ankle, and a t-shirt that covers their shoudlers.

Please do not wear flammable materials such as Nylon or Synthetics.

Please do not wear sandals, crocks, open toed shoes, shorts, or dresses.

For the safety of our students and teachers, failure to comply may result in being unable to participate in the class.

Glass Flameworking Sampler

EVERYTHING NEEDED FOR CLASS IS INCLUDED IN PRICE

The Rochester Arc + Flame Center's Sampler Class is the perfect place to learn how to work with glass or improve your craft. Using borosilicate glass & flame, students will create up to 3 glass pieces. You will learn skills such as how to light the torch, adjust the flame, stretch, gather, cut & fuse boro glass rods into beautiful designs. A wide range of color options are available for you to experiment with.

All safety equipment and glass materials are included in the course price. This class is great for beginners or experienced glass artists.

NOTE: Because glass pieces must anneal to avoid damage, class projects will be ready for pickup within 1 week after the class.
