CASEY SUTHERLAND

Class #11

The course is extremely informational and one of the best experiences I have ever had at a school. If you want to go for welding as a career, this is the place to do it.

Ryan Burt

Class #14

I've had a lot of friends and family ask me what my experience was like at Arc and Flame. The best description I was able to muster up was that it was welding bootcamp. This was by far the hardest I've ever had to work in my life. Balancing school and work was another task in itself. But, when it was my turn to walk up, shake everyone's hands, and grab my certificate, it was the first time I was truly proud of myself.

BOB MASTOWSKI

Class #6

From a mathematical and logical standpoint, the long-term financial gain from a short term trade school is unbeatable in comparison to almost any other career.

SALVATORE BONAFIDE

Class #10

The reading, lectures and physical hands on time was great especially for me because I struggled with reading comprehension in the past. The resume class and practice interviews helped a lot! It was great to talk to someone we already know to prepare us as well as the local companies that came in and gave presentations. These experiences prepared me even on impromptu interviews- I brought all of my gear with me and was ready for the challenge!

I thought I would just be welding in this course, but I got so much more information with the blue printing, resume building and team building lessons. I learned from everything that was taught in this program because there was literally no useless information- everything had a purpose.

KATHY VENDEL, MOTHER OF DENNIS VENDEL

Class #8

Dennis is doing very well at Gorbel in Victor, NY.  In just a few months, he has moved up a position and is currently making a great salary. Dennis will be purchasing his first home (at 19) in November. As a mom, I cannot thank you enough for giving my son some real world skills. Thanks!

NICHOLAS BAASE

Class #11

I got employed right after graduating for Brown-Campbell, a company located in South Carolina. The company makes grate steps for stadiums, sewers and fire escapes. It’s a great job and I’m getting about 50+ hours a week. I am very grateful to have taken this program and to have learned from Kevin and Kate. Without them I would not be where I am today.
