Enameled Jewelry Workshop
Enameled Jewelry Workshops are an excellent way to learn and explore enameling. Our experienced instructors will use a combination of lecture, demonstration and hands-on instruction to enhance your learning experience. This all-day workshop is a great introduction to working with enamels, and will focus on the fundamental techniques used in enameling. These include preparing the base metal, sifting the enamel onto the surface, firing and finishing. We use copper as a base but you can bring silver to work, and students will have several samples to take home with them.
Open to all levels. Student projects will vary each class. If students have a specific project in mind, they should email the instructor prior to class for pre-approval.
