Basic Full Tang Knife
Curtis Haaland started making knives at age 17 during his journey he apprenticed with Burt Foster. He credits Burt with providing the support and drive to not only make his living from blade making but to share the knowledge he has gained by teaching others. Curtis strives to make knives that are not only beautiful but also functional and is currently working full time as a blade smith.
Experience: Open to all levels but prior experience is always welcome. This is a physically and mentally demanding course, please come ready to get dirty and work hard!

August 2018 Session: August 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th (8am-5pm daily): $675
- Enrollment: 4 to 8 students
- All materials and safety equipment included
- Breakfast snacks included
- Lunch for all 5 days is available for an additional $65, or a refrigerator and microwave will be available for those who wish to provide their own.
- Complimentary coffee available and vending machines
- This is a week long class with full days in the shop
