RocAFC Refund Policy

Classes:

Monetary refunds are only available two weeks prior to the actual class date. For example, if a class begins on February 14th, a monetary refund can only occur prior to February 1st. 

If a refund is requested on shorter notice prior to 48 hours of the class start time, we will credit the amount towards another course at the Rochester Arc & Flame Center.

If there is a cancellation less than 48 hours of the class start time, no refund will be given. It is your responsibility to attend the class or contact us to acknowledge you will have another individual fill your seat. 

If the Rochester Arc & Flame Center cancels a class for any reason, the student will receive class credit or a full cash refund.

Merchandise:

Merchandise can only be returned within 30 days of purchase and the item must be in new condition. The customer is subject to a 12-18% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping. If you need to make a return, please give us a call at 585-349-7110 or email at info@rocafc.com
