(Update as of 8/5/20) Arc + Flame is still not cleared to run any recreational classes for the general public, including open torch flameworking. This is based entirely on New York State’s mandates pertaining to COVID. Our center is open for retail and walk-in customers from 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Our MCC Welding & Fabrication Industry Certificate Program is cleared to run, both for the current semester and the upcoming semester starting in September. Please read our re-open plan for more details!

Holiday Show and Sale Reflection

My thanks go out to the hundreds of people that attended our first annual Holiday Open House and Sale last weekend. The shear volume of people and their support of our instructors and classes far exceeded my expectations. Those who attended got to meet a truly remarkable collection of dedicated artist/instructors who have a passion for creating beautiful art, and sharing their knowledge with eager students. Special thanks to Lisa Hamlin for organizing the event, and to all of the RocAFC staff who make this such a special place.
