Rochester Arc & Flame Center has a spacious studio dedicated to flameworking that includes:

  • Climate controlled studio featuring heat, air-conditioning, and ventilation
  • Large flameworking table that can comfortably seat 10 students
  • 2 additional private flameworking stations
  • Variety of torches, including Carlisile and Mini-Milon
  • Large supply of glass and related tools for sale to students
  • Access to welding shop for stands, displays and fixtures
  • Classes for Beginners through Master Level
  • Experienced, dedicated instructors and assistants
  • Multiple annealing kilns
  • Frequent open torch rental times

RocAFC also has a well equipped Kiln/Cold Shop, featuring the following:

  • Mulitple kilns for fusing & slumping
  • Grinders and polishers
